The fast-defrosting tray is made of a special alloy with aluminum layering on top, and has a thermal conductivity of 20,000 times more than common metals, achieving high-speed heat exchange, and allowing frozen foods to defrost faster and naturally.  

  

The defrost tray is kept cool to the touch throughout its use. No preheating or hot water is required, simply place the frozen food on the tray and it will start to defrost  

  

Unlike microwave ovens that partially cook food during the defrosting process, the pan defrosts the meat safely and quickly. 
 
Defrosting frozen foods like chicken breasts, steak, pork chops, lamb chops and more may take 10-30 minutes depending on the thickness. Defrost smaller foods such as hamburgers, sausages, shrimp, and bacon even faster.
